guys have forum themes for KOL-CE with FPC compilations. Yesterday they wrote new theme. http://forum.lazarus.freepascal.org/index.php/topic,27235.0.html
maybe somebody still make support for this?

It is only a matter of updating delphidefs.inc for kol itself so it recognizes fpc 3.x as valid and updates the delphi compatibility to d2006_up (actually 2009 is already ok with fpc 3.0.1)
I have already done that but it isn't upstream yet.
