Using Str2DateTimeFmt in KOL 3.16 ( also in 3.14, 3.15 ) I got invalid TDateTime result when just convert time, for example
Str2DateTimeFmt('HH:mm:ss','04:23:34');

. Using KOL 3.07 and earlier I got a valid result..

Try this: Project|Options|Directories&Conditionals, add option DATE0_0001.
